Terms of payment / extract from the terms and conditions:

Participation is at your own risk. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks before the start of the course. Cancellation fee: up to 30 days before start of tour 4%, from 29th to 22nd day before start of tour 8%, from 21st to 15th day before start of tour 25%, from 14th to 7th day before start of tour 75%, from the 6th day before start of tour 85% of the total amount.

Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own insurance. For your own safety, we strongly advice you to take out insurance. We recommend taking out the following types of insurance: liability insurance, personal accident insurance, health insurance, travel cancellation expenses insurance and off-piste travel insurance.
