Payment Terms / Abridgment of the Participation Conditions:
Participation is at your own risk. Deposit to be made at time of booking: 30% of total amount, Final payment no later than 14 days before start of course/trip.
Cancellation fees (% of total amount): 30 days or more ahead of course/trip 4%, 29-22 days ahead of course/trip 8%, 21-15 days ahead of course/trip 25%, 14-7 days ahead of course/trip 75%, 6 or less days ahead of course/trip 85% of total amount.
Booking changes 21 days or more ahead of course: Processing fee €30,00
Insurance: Each participant is responsible for his/her own insurance coverage. We strongly recommend taking out insurance. We advise you to cover for: third-party insurance, accident insurance, health insurance and travel cancellation insurance.
